Refunds & Cancellations Policy

For the successful delivery of gifts such as flowers, plants, and other special items, it's crucial that the provided delivery address is both accurate and complete. We are unable to assure delivery for orders with fictional or incomplete addresses. Furthermore, should the recipient be unreachable or if the contact information is incorrect, making delivery unfeasible, we cannot guarantee the order's delivery. It is mandatory to provide a valid local phone number to aid in the delivery process. In situations where delivery attempts fail due to the recipient being absent, rejecting the delivery, or similar circumstances, we adhere to the following guidelines:

 

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy: To cancel an order, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the intended delivery date. Upon receiving such a request, we will issue a full refund.
2. Policy on Partial Refund: Should we face challenges in fulfilling your order entirely or partially, we will immediately inform you and process a refund for the portion of the order that couldn’t be delivered. This applies to both the original item ordered and any potential substitute products.
3. Refund Procedure: Once we receive a cancellation or refund request via email or phone from the customer or the intended recipient, we will begin the refund process online. Please expect a timeframe of 10 to 15 business days for the completion of the refund process.
